About the Event
Tibetan Yoga Meditation is a mind/ body connection..not based in physical exercises like a regular yoga class. We use the ancient Tibetan chakra system and is a very transformative meditation.
This guided meditation will allow for the safe unfolding of energy in the body through the use of visuals, mantra and some breath to move us through states of higher awareness and compassion for ourselves and the world. These meditations are very powerful, experiential and transform negative thought patterns into positive ones allowing for us to experience grounding while uplifting our hearts and minds.
